Mission Statement – HOA Reform League, Inc.
HOA Reform League, Inc. is a nonprofit organization (pending 501(c)3, and 501 (c)4 approvals) dedicated to protecting homeowners’ rights, promoting transparency and accountability in homeowners’ associations, and reforming HOA governance laws throughout Florida and the United States. and empowering residents to make informed decisions about their communities.
We work to:
- Expose and eliminate corruption, abuse, and selective enforcement within HOAs and management companies.
- Educate and empower homeowners by providing access to knowledge, legal resources, and advocacy support.
- Promote fair governance by ensuring HOA boards follow Florida Statute 720 and related laws.
- Support legislative reform that strengthens state oversight, enforces compliance, and protects homeowners from unlawful foreclosures or retaliation.
- Provide assistance to homeowners in jeopardy of losing their homes or facing unjust fines through legal aid and education funds.
- Unite communities through peaceful advocacy, civic engagement, and the development of tools—like the Electronic Association Records (EAR) system—to bring transparency and accountability to association management.
