Public Transparency and Accountability

  At HOA Reform League, Inc., transparency isn’t just what we advocate for — it’s how we operate.

We believe that every organization serving the public should model the same openness, fairness, and accountability that it expects from others.  

To that end, we make our foundational documents available here for public review:

• Articles of Incorporation – Filed with the Florida Department of State, officially establishing HOA Reform League as a nonprofit corporation.  
  
• Bylaws (Public Version) – An overview of how our board operates, elects officers, and ensures ethical, transparent governance.  
  
• IRS Determination Letter – Confirmation of our 501(c)(3) tax-exempt status, allowing contributions to be tax-deductible.
