Our Objectives
Expose and Eliminate Corruption
Identify and challenge corruption, abuse of power, and selective enforcement within homeowners and condominium associations, as well as their management companies, through Florida HOA Advocacy initiatives.
Educate and Empower Homeowners
Provide homeowners with the tools, knowledge, and legal resources needed to understand their rights and effectively advocate for themselves and their communities, in alignment with the goals of the HOA Reform League.
Promote Fair and Lawful Governance
Ensure HOA and COA boards operate in full compliance with Florida Statute 720 and related laws, fostering transparency, accountability, and equal treatment for all residents, while enhancing Homeowners Association Accountability.
Support Legislative Reform
Advocate for stronger laws and state oversight that protect homeowners from unlawful foreclosures, retaliation, and financial exploitation, while holding association boards accountable for misconduct.
Assist Homeowners in Need
Establish education and legal aid programs to help homeowners who face unjust fines, liens, or the threat of losing their homes to association overreach, reinforcing our commitment to Florida HOA Advocacy.
Unite Communities Through Advocacy
Build a movement of peaceful advocacy and civic engagement that unites communities, promotes open dialogue, and drives meaningful policy changes toward transparency and fairness in association management, reflecting the principles of the HOA Reform League.
