Brandy Miller is a Florida native, business owner, and homeowner advocate committed to advancing integrity, transparency, accountability, and ethical governance within homeowners and condominium associations. After experiencing firsthand the impacts of HOA abuse, Brandy co-founded HOA Reform League and HOA Reform League Florida alongside her husband, Paul Miller. She currently serves as Vice President of HOA Reform League, Inc., where she helps guide the organization’s mission and strategic direction. In this role, Brandy works closely with homeowners, policymakers, and lawmakers to elevate constituent voices, inform public policy discussions, and advocate for meaningful oversight, enforcement, and legislative reform in association governance across Florida.
