The HOA Reform League was founded to protect homeowners' rights and restore integrity to community associations across this nation. What began as a grassroots movement has expanded into a national effort with statewide organizations dedicated to transparency and accountability in homeowners and condominium associations.
Every year, millions of Americans live under association control. Yet, in far too many communities, board members and management companies operate without oversight, violating state laws, suppressing fair elections, engaging in selective enforcement, and exploiting homeowners through intimidation and financial abuse. For many, the cost of fighting back against these injustices is overwhelming. That is why the HOA Reform League exists.
Our mission is to expose and eliminate corruption, educate and empower homeowners, and advocate for legislative reform that enforces compliance with relevant state laws. We go beyond raising awareness; we strive to create real solutions through collaboration with lawmakers, attorneys, and civic leaders who share our belief that no homeowner should ever lose their home to an HOA under any circumstance.
Through our growing network of advocates, affiliates, and reform partners, the HOA Reform League provides access to knowledge, legal guidance, and advocacy support. We organize public rallies, educational initiatives, and outreach campaigns to unite communities through peaceful action and civic engagement. Our efforts have already helped advance new laws in Florida that strengthen board member accountability, increase penalties for misconduct, and require mandatory training for HOA officials.
We believe in fairness, equality, and the protection of property rights. Our purpose is simple but powerful: to ensure that every homeowner, regardless of background or circumstance, can live free from fear, fraud, and abuse within their own community.
